1. invz is not a law firm

invz provides software that assembles agreements from a clause library, collects electronic signatures and produces invoices. invz is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using it. Clause text may not have been reviewed by a lawyer in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for deciding whether an agreement suits your situation.

2. Electronic signatures

By signing through invz you agree to sign electronically and that your electronic signature is legally binding. Some documents cannot be validly signed electronically (for example wills, powers of attorney, property transfers and negotiable instruments); do not use invz for them.

3. Your content

You own the agreements you create. You give invz the permissions needed to store, process, render and deliver them to the parties you choose. Don’t use invz to send unlawful, fraudulent or abusive content, or to contact people who haven’t agreed to do business with you.

4. Plans and billing

Signing is free. Paid plans are billed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Plans renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. AI drafts on paid plans are subject to a fair-use limit of 100 per month.

5. Availability and liability

invz is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, invz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
